SANTO DOMINGO (Licey.com).- El torpedero Osvaldo Abreu sacudió jonrón y doble con tres remolques, José Marmolejos cuadrangular y sencillo, Wander Franco un tubey y simple, Roldani Baldwin dos hits y Sergio Alcántara uno doble, los Tigres más distinguidos durante el viernes 16 de junio entre Doble A y Clase A del béisbol norteamericano.
Osvaldo Abreu y José Marmolejos se combinaron para remolcar cinco carreras con dos jonrones, doble y sencillo, al encaminar a Harrisburg (Washington) a victoria 9-6 en la casa ante Richmond (San Francisco) en la Liga del Este, Doble A.
El torpedero Abreu despachó su tercer cuadrangular y noveno doble en cuatro oportunidades (.249), impulsó tres carreras (20), anotó dos (23). Marmolejos, colocado en los últimos partidos como jardinero izquierdo, disparó su quinto vuelacercas y sencillo en cinco paradas en el plato (Ave .331), con dos remolques (19), anotó una (23). Siguió de tercer bate.
Por Richmond, el segunda base y tercera al palo Miguel Gómez se fue de 5-1 (Ave .318), una anotada (36).
El antesalista Wander Franco se apuntó su noveno doble y sencillo en cuatro paradas, subió el promedio a (.270), dos impulsadas (19), una anotada (22), al ayudar a Wilmington (Kansas City) a vencer por 7-0 al Salem (Boston) en la Liga de Carolina (A avanzada), con 4,232 fanáticos presentes.
